Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

The cottage offers one Master bedroom with a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have tv's. There's a covered porch to sit and relax under, a grill for cooking out and a firepit to enjoy evenings outside. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house. Once you turn in you will see a sign the says WESLEY COTTAGE with an arrow showing you to stay to the right and you will see the cottage and your parking area.
Access
Key Pad is located on the backdoor which is located around the side under the covered porch. When you walk up you see two double doors keep going around to the side. Located on the door is the key pad. To light it up touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. You should receive check in info 48 hours before check in. If you don't please let me know.

Quiet and peaceful three acre lot with neighbors on each side of the house but spacious enough for privacy.

Guest have access to all space around the cottage. the tennis court is for kids to play on.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES - CHECK IN Time is 4 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone) CHECK OUT Time is 10 a.m. (Eastern Time Zone) The MAXIMUM NUMBER of persons in your unit is 8. PROPERTY HOURS – Quiet Hours are FROM 11 PM TO 7 AM EST. Fires in the Fire pits only Excessively loud music, loud noises from guests, vehicles, tools, etc. are prohibited at ALL TIMES. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. We rent to families, friends, and groups of people who seek fun though traditional vacations. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and we expect social interactions including music, drinking and laughter with friends and family to occur. We do not – nor will we permit - full-fledged late-night big parties at our rental properties. Guest understands/agrees the Wesley Cottage SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED OVERNIGHT BY MORE THAN A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 unless approved by management prior to Check In. Teenage, or young overnight guests, must be accompanied by an adult throughout your stay. Public Intoxication will be grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rental funds. Drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Should a Guest(s) or guest of Guest(s) be arrested for underage drinking at the rental unit property, will result in immediate eviction from property, and loss of rental funds. FIREARMS (including BB/Pellet guns) ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Illegal drug use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Fireworks of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. EXCESSIVE PROFANITY is prohibited at ALL TIMES. Any Guests (or their Guests) displaying loud, intoxicated behavior, or acts in a verbal or threatening manor to any management personnel or other guest at any time will be asked to leave immediately without a refund to the individual renting the property. SMOKING POLICY - For the comfort of all of our guests SMOKING/VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED inside. Smoking is allowed outside only. Should a post-rental inspection of the Cottage reveal you (of your guests) smoked/vaped inside, a minimum penalty of $200 will accessed. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. PETS - Dogs are allowed with prior management approval. Pet must be on a leash when outside of your rental unit. Please clean up after your pets. Guest(s) assume any and all liability that may be incurred because of their pets and may be asked to leave if an animal is aggressive or a disturbance. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Please DO NOT DISCONNECT any cords, change any settings, or make any changes to the Televisions, Cable Boxes, Your unit is on a SEPTIC SYSTEM, so please do not put food down the kitchen drain or flush paper towel / diapers / feminine products down the toilets. The discharge of FIREWORKS is unlawful in Union County and is subject to arrest and/or eviction from the property without refund. During your stay, please bag and place all the trash into the covered trash cans located by the parking lot. UNIT SUPPLIES - Two (2) rolls of toilet paper have been supplied in each bathroom. There are also two (2) rolls of paper towel in the kitchen and two (2) garbage bags provided per can. Any additional paper/trash bad supplies are your responsibility. A FIRE EXTINGUISHER has been provided and is located KITCHEN in your unit. HOUSEKEEPING, LINENS AND SUPPLIES – Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and dish towels are supplied. Please do not remove any towels from the unit. THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. An initial setup of The Wesley House provides bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, 1 blanket & bedspread per bed), bath towels, wash cloths and shower mats for the occupancy of the unit. The beds are made prior to your arrival. Guests are expected to launder towels, bed linens, etc. as needed during their stay. Washers & Dryers are provided without extra charge for this purpose. It is NOT NECESSARY to wash towels or bed linen prior to departure. GRILLING - Your unit is equipped with an outdoor grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill. Please take care when cooking on the grill. Do not move the grill into your unit or to another spot on the property. RENTAL UNIT ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY As in any home, appliances and electronic equipment may malfunction on occasion. Should you have a problem, we will make every effort to correct or repair items during regular business hours or as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for malfunction of any equipment. PLEASE NOTE - If a renter (or one of their guests) breaks, damages, or loses the Universal Television Remote, the Guest will be charged for the replacement of the Remote. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL Contracted Services such as Cable/Internet, Electric, and Water are not under our control and are subject to random outages. As such, they cannot be guaranteed and no refund will be made for interruption in service beyond our control.

The cottage is very compact but adorable. It's not a lot of square feet, but the space is used well. There's a king-bed master suite, plus 2 cozy queen-bed bedrooms and a large shared bath. It's hard to imagine how it all fits in there, but it's really everything you need. We didn't really use the kitchen or laundry, but both looked well outfitted, and there was a nice outside covered patio. We had a little trouble spotting the house, even in broad daylight, but we figured it out. Oh, and I loved the full-length blackout curtains, helped us sleep in! Would definitely stay again.

Greatly enjoyed the comfortable, very clean cottage. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Very quiet and peaceful area. Mike had the place supplied with all the amenities needed for our stay. Indian trail was a great place to shop and find great places to eat. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again sometime.
