Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

This brick ranch is newly renovated and ready for guests. It offers 3 acres with tons of room for family get togethers. A creek runs beside the property and you can relax on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the deer each morning and afternoon. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a game room with a roll up door so you can bring the outside in.
Just what I needed for a good night sleep. Mike was very accommodating.
location ideal for my purposes … only problem was short stay didn’t allow time to use it the available kayaks for a paddle into the beautiful river … quiet cul-de-sac and plenty of outdoor relaxation opportunity added to the charm of this ground floor, river front apartment. definitely a candidate for a return trip
I mean….i just want to move in and live here forever. Mike is awesome. Place is awesome. View is out of this world. If you enjoy a good river/tree view, THIS IS IT!
We enjoyed our stay a Mike's place. The place was clean and orderly. The outdoor area was our favorite, being right on the river was a plus. Thanks for accommodating our request, Mike.
The home was well appointed and perfect for our needs. If we are back in the charlotte area we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.
