The bungalow provides a living room with a large sectional sofa and tv, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishware and small appliances. The kitchen table includes seating for six. The bungalow includes a Master bedroom with a King bed and attached bathroom (walk in shower) and two bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bathroom (bath tub). All bedrooms have tv's and room darkening curtains. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a desk/work area. Outside in the back yard, there is a fire pit and underneath (inside) the house is a ping pong table and casual seating.
Access
Located at the front door is a push button key pad. To light it up you touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. Please let the lock open all the way before entering. You should receive your code 48 hours before check in. If for some reason you don't please let me know.

Guest can Call or text me at anytime. if it is after 9PM please call.

Plaza Midwood has several restaurants, bars all in walking distance from the house. Close to downtown.

Great location and well worth the price . Cleaning lady had an emergency and didn’t finish before we arrived but it was still clean. She came back later and made the place spotless. Mike was very friendly and helpful.

Our beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the location was in a nice neighborhood. It was an easy 8 minute ride to downtown. The only recommendation I’d have for anyone who stays here is to bring your own toilet paper! Outside of that you’ll have everything you need!! Thanks again for the great stay Mike!

We stayed the month of February at Mike's place. It was a wonderful location and exactly as described. Very comfy home, good amenities. A desk to work was provided. Comfortable couch and bed. Mike was extremely responsive to our questions. Felt very welcomed. Safe area and enjoyed walking down to the Plaza Midwood activities. Also very much appreciated the coffee/tea provided for the Keurig. Would stay here again! Thank you much, Mike!
