Five spacious bedrooms including 1 King and 4 Queen beds. All bedrooms include smart tv's, room darkening curtains, and the Queen bedrooms include custom luggage racks. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The master has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. There is a hall bathroom with a full bath tub and the 3rd bathroom has a large walk in shower. The large half bath is shared with the laundry room. All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with luxurious linens and pillows. All bathrooms include plush towels and the showers include shampoo, conditioner and body wash soap dispensers. This well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals including pots and pans, casserole dishes, crock pot and a mixer. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with a selection of Keurig coffee and tea as well as sugars and creamers. Although coffee is not provided, there is also a regular coffee pot for brewing a large pot of coffee. The house has two separate family rooms for relaxing on very comfortable sectionals. One of these rooms includes a Pool Table and foosball table. There are also plenty of board games located in the 5th bedroom cabinets. A desk is provided for any office work that is needed. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.
Access
Located at the front door (facing the house the door to the right) is the key pad. To light up the key pad touch the bottom left corner then put your code in. Please let the lock open all the way before opening the door. you should receive your code 48 hours before check in with your check in instructions. If you don't please let me know.
Interaction With Guests
I give my guest space if you need me please call or text. If it is after 9PM please call me.
Notes
Guests have full access to the house. There will be some locked owners closets that guests will not have access to. Guests are welcome to park in the circular driveway or behind the house in the carport. Please note there is a rentable cottage located behind this property but both guests have their own private entrances and yard space so your privacy should not be interrupted.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES - CHECK IN Time is 4 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone) CHECK OUT Time is 10 a.m. (Eastern Time Zone) The MAXIMUM NUMBER of persons in your unit is 8. PROPERTY HOURS – Quiet Hours are FROM 11 PM TO 7 AM EST. Fires in the Fire pits only Excessively loud music, loud noises from guests, vehicles, tools, etc. are prohibited at ALL TIMES. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. We rent to families, friends, and groups of people who seek fun though traditional vacations. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and we expect social interactions including music, drinking and laughter with friends and family to occur. We do not – nor will we permit - full-fledged late-night big parties at our rental properties. Guest understands/agrees the Wesley House SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED OVERNIGHT BY MORE THAN A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 8 unless approved by management prior to Check In. Teenage, or young overnight guests, must be accompanied by an adult throughout your stay. Public Intoxication will be grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rental funds. Drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Should a Guest(s) or guest of Guest(s) be arrested for underage drinking at the rental unit property, this shall be grounds for termination of agreement, immediate eviction from property, and loss of rental funds. FIREARMS (including BB/Pellet guns) ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Illegal drug use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Fireworks of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. EXCESSIVE PROFANITY is prohibited at ALL TIMES. Any Guests (or their Guests) displaying loud, intoxicated behavior, or acts in a verbal or threatening manor to any management personnel or other guest at any time will be asked to leave immediately without a refund to the individual renting the property. SMOKING POLICY - For the comfort of all of our guests SMOKING/VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED inside. Smoking is allowed outside only. Should a post-rental inspection of the Cottage reveal you (of your guests) smoked/vaped inside, a minimum penalty of $200 will accessed. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. PETS - Dogs are allowed with prior management approval. Pet must be on a leash when outside of your rental unit. Please clean up after your pets. Guest(s) assume any and all liability that may be incurred because of their pets and may be asked to leave if an animal is aggressive or a disturbance. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Your unit is on a SEPTIC SYSTEM, so please do not put food down the kitchen drain or flush paper towel / diapers / feminine products down the toilets. The discharge of FIREWORKS is unlawful in Union County and is subject to arrest and/or eviction from the property without refund. During your stay, please bag and place all the trash into the covered trash cans in the side of the Carport. UNIT SUPPLIES - Two (2) rolls of toilet paper have been supplied in each bathroom. There are also two (2) rolls of paper towel in the kitchen and two (2) garbage bags provided per can. Any additional paper/trash bad supplies are your responsibility. A FIRE EXTINGUISHER has been provided and is located KITCHEN in your unit. HOUSEKEEPING, LINENS AND SUPPLIES – Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and dish towels are supplied. Please do not remove any towels from the unit. THERE IS NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. An initial setup of The Wesley House provides bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, 1 blanket & bedspread per bed), bath towels, wash cloths and shower mats for the occupancy of the unit. The beds are made prior to your arrival. Guests are expected to launder towels, bed linens, etc. as needed during their stay. Washers & Dryers are provided without extra charge for this purpose. It is NOT NECESSARY to wash towels or bed linen prior to departure GRILLING - Your unit is equipped with an outdoor grill. Please clean the grill after use. RENTAL UNIT ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY As in any home, appliances and electronic equipment may malfunction on occasion. Should you have a problem, we will make every effort to correct or repair items during regular business hours or as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for malfunction of any equipment. PLEASE NOTE - If a renter (or one of their guests) breaks, damages, or loses the Universal Television Remote, the Guest will be charged for the replacement of the Remote. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL - Contracted Services such as Cable/Internet, Electric, and Water are not under our control and are subject to random outages. As such, they cannot be guaranteed and no refund will be made for interruption in service beyond our control.
