The Rocky River house offers 5 bedrooms including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, tv, ceiling fan and french doors leading to the patio. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 offer Queen bedrooms, ceiling fans and tv's while the 5th bedroom offers two twin beds and a tv. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house; the master ensuite and hall bathroom feature bathtubs while the third bathroom offers a walk-in shower. There is a large fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, a bar that seats 8 as well as a pub table that seats 4. There is a large living room off the kitchen featuring a 70" tv as well as another large living room with a 58" tv. The garage has been converted to a game room and includes a pool table. The large back patio includes a patio table, gas grill, charcoal grill, string lights and a fire pit. While the house is pet friendly (must be pre-approved first) the yard is NOT fenced. There is also a small swing set for the little ones.
Access
Touch key pad is located on the front door. Touch the bottom left corner to light it up then put in your code. You should receive your code 48 hours before check in. If for some reason you don't receive a code with your check in instructions please let me know

This place was amazing. So much land for the kids. We each had our own room and space. 2 living rooms was a hit as well. The pool table and basketball mini hoop was great for our young ones. We will def. Book again.

Place was amazing and worked well for us. The only issues or concerns we had were the lack of kitchen items. We used the kitchen a lot and we struggled cooking because of the lack of basic items. However, there were plenty of plates, bowls, and glasses. The other issue was the fact all of the dining / kitchen seating were high top kind of chairs, the only standard height dining options were outside. Bedrooms, bathrooms, entertaining areas, and the outside were fantastic. Would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone coming to the area. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing home, backyard is unbelievable. So beautiful! We saw dears every night. Mike was proactive and responsive.. Game room was nice. My best experience was the fire pit. Highly recommend, especially for a large family. There is also a game area in the garage. The home is HUGE!!!

We traveled from Maryland to help our son move into his new home, and Mike's place was perfect for our family. The space is spacious and inviting, and the fire pit was a great addition for our late February visit. The second living room was an unexpected bonus, offering a peaceful retreat for quiet moments. While the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, it wasn’t a deal-breaker for us, and the TV was still enjoyable. Mike has a beautiful home, and we’re already planning our next trip here. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The kids had a great time shooting pool and playing in the backyard. We would stay here again when visiting this area.

All the things we needed in the kitchen and access to the garage, which we did not know until we got there, or I did not remember, but everything was great.
